Primary Healthcare Services
Our primary health care facilities are all Federally Qualified Health Care Centers, meaning you receive top quality healthcare services provided by Board Certified Physicians and a qualified support staff. We currently have seven offices in the Northwest Alabama Area and provide healthcare for all ages, from birth up.

We accept all types of insurance as well as Medicare and Medicaid. No Insurance? No problem. If for some reason you or your family do not have healthcare insurance, we can still help. We offer a sliding fee program that enables almost anyone to receive high quality healthcare services, regardless of your current financial situation.

We have extended office hours at all of our locations, enabling us to better serve you and your needs at a time that is convenient for you.
Although we do suggest you make an appointment before coming in, we do accept walk-ins. Because we know, injuries and illness can't tell time!
