When it comes time to decide what kind of long
term care a family member or loved one needs,
many details must be considered. Top on that list
should be, what is the best thing for that someone?
Many times, electing for full time care in your
own home or that of your loved one is the optimum
choice, helping them to maintain their independence
in the comfort of their own home.
This option many times keeps family members at
ease too, because the choice of placing a loved
one in an institution can be a stressful situation.

Working in conjunction with NACOLG (Northwest
Alabama Council of Local Governments) and The
Alabama Department of Public Health, we offer
Medicaid approved alternatives to institutionalized
care. This care is supervised by our office as
well as a Medicaid appointed supervisor.
Care options may be expanded, by a physicians
assessment, to include skilled services including
injections, dressing changes, IV therapy, feeding
tube care and other nursing procedures.

If you are looking for a source of high quality
care for a loved one and desire more choices than
what Medicaid may offer, we can help by custom tailoring
a complete care package designed to give you and
your family the specialized attention they desire. |
